Getting Started
Open Bloomind and choose a breathing technique from the main screen. Each technique is paired with a unique plant. Tap a technique card to see details, then tap Start to begin your session. Follow the organic breathing animation — inhale as it expands, exhale as it contracts.
After completing a session, your plant grows and you can optionally log your mood. Over time, your garden fills with plants that reflect your practice.

What breathing techniques are available?
Bloomind includes 12 techniques across five categories: Calm & Relaxation (4-7-8, Coherent Breathing, Pursed Lip, Physiological Sigh), Focus & Energy (Box Breathing, Energizing 2-1-4, Wim Hof Method), Panic & Emergency (Panic Seed, Alternate Nostril), Sleep (Deep Calm, Moon Breathing), and Advanced (Tummo). Free users have access to 4 techniques; all 12 are available with Bloomind Pro.
What is Panic Seed?
Panic Seed is a quick breathing exercise designed for moments when you feel overwhelmed. It uses a simple, slow breathing pattern to help you regain composure. You can access it once per day for free, or unlimited times with Bloomind Pro. Panic Seed is a wellness tool, not a medical treatment. If you experience recurrent panic attacks or persistent anxiety, please consult a healthcare professional.
How does the garden work?
Each breathing technique is linked to a unique plant species. When you complete a session, your plant grows through 5 stages: Seed, Sprout, Budding, Blooming, and Full Bloom. Your garden displays all your plants together, changing its appearance based on the time of day.
How does mood tracking work?
After each session, Bloomind optionally asks how you feel. Your mood entries are stored locally on your device and help you see patterns over time in your statistics. You can disable mood prompts in Settings.
How do I sync across devices?
Bloomind uses iCloud to sync your garden, session history, and preferences across all your Apple devices. Make sure iCloud is enabled under Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud. Sync happens automatically.
How do I enable Apple Health?
Go to Bloomind Settings > Apple Health and enable the integration. Bloomind will ask for permission to write Mindful Minutes. Each completed session is logged automatically. Bloomind only writes data — it does not read any of your existing health data.
How do I use widgets?
Long-press your Home Screen, tap the + button, and search for Bloomind. Choose from available widgets to display your streak or start a session quickly. During active sessions, a Live Activity appears on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
What do I get with Bloomind Pro?
Bloomind Pro unlocks all 12 breathing techniques, unlimited Panic Seed, all 4 soundscapes, streak freeze protection, custom breathing patterns, full statistics, Apple Watch app, widgets, Siri Shortcuts, and Apple Health integration. Free users get 4 techniques, basic streak tracking, and the garden.
Managing Subscriptions
All subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Bloomind to manage your plan
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
